Strawberry cheesecake bites

Strawberry cheesecake bites

Strawberry stuffed with cream cheese for a nice two-bite dessert. It can be prepared the night before, but not much sooner because the berries may become soggy.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese tray
  • ½ cup of confectioner's sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 12 large strawberries, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons biscuit crumbs
  • 2 (1 ounce) of semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil (optional)

Instruction Checklist

Step 1
Line the baking sheet with waxed paper.

Step 2
Whisk cream cheese, dessert sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.

Step 3
The mixture is poured into a tubular bag equipped with a large round tip.

Step 4
Using a sharp peeling knife, cut a cone shape from the top of each strawberry to leave a small hollow.

The fifth step
Packaging about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese in each strawberry, making sure the filling is a little overflow from the top of the strawberry.

The sixth step
Place graham cracking crumbs in a shallow bowl. Dip the strawberry-filled side of the Graham cracker crumbs, with the open-top filling paint crumb.

Step 7
Dissolve chocolate and canola oil in a microwave or ceramic bowl for 30 seconds, stirring after each period, until warm and smooth, 1 to 3 minutes (depending on the microwave).

Step 8
Dip the ends of the unfilled strawberry into the melted chocolate and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Refund until set.
