Ingredients

  • 1 alfredo jar sauce (used as a garlic bertole sauce alfredo)
  • 1 bag of spinach (5 ounces, will not harm you more)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 avocado (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

On high heat, make the sauce on low heat
Add the spinach and cap, just long enough for the spinach to wither ... maybe 1-2 minutes
Use a wooden spoon to make 6 small nozzles in the mix
Break the egg over each hole and cover it until the eggs are finished as desired (about 5-8 minutes)
Dish, add salt and pepper to taste, and optionally cut half an avocado for these extra fats.
